Minimum Purchase and Payment All Hounds Apparel has a $150.00 minimum purchase for initial wholesale orders. Restock orders have no minimum. First time wholsale customers are required to prepay. Established customers have the option to pay on a net 30 basis.Wholesale Eligibility and Registration All Hounds Retail and Not-For-Profit customers are eligible for wholesale ordering. The first time you log-on, please click the Register button to receive access to wholesale prices. An e-mail will be automatically forwarded to you with your password. It takes approximately 24 hours for your wholesale status to take effect. Supply and Back Orders All Hounds Apparel strives to complete and ship all wholesale orders within two business days, however, it is possible that we could run out of stock on a specific item. Should this occur, we will inform you immediately to establish back order approval or an alternate selection. Since some items will be more in demand that others, it is advisable to place your orders as far in advance of your selling needs as possible, so back ordered items can be replenished within your necessary time frame. Wholesale Exchange and Return Policy At All Hounds Apparel it is our desire that you be completely satisfied with our products. With the exception of first time buyers, it is our policy not to accept returns unless related directly to non-conformity with your order, defective materials or errors in manufacturing.
